1. Go to Masters > Account Groups > Modify Group.

2. A groups window will appear in which user will select the group which group parties's billing user wants to stop.

3. Then press enter on selected group.

4. A Modify A/C group window will appear. In 'Prohibited', the user will select "Yes".

5. Press enter key to save the changes.
