If 'You are not authorised to use this option' alert appears at the time of Modifying an Account Group then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Note: The user needs to Login with Supervisor Id to use this option. Click Here to Login with the Supervisor Id.

In Marg Software, if at the time of Modifying an Account Group an alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option' then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve this error, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear, in which the user will selectSearch In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Account Group' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Account Group' window will appear.
  • In 'Create & Modify Account Group' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click onYesto save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear, in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again, Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software

  • A 'Change' User window will appear, in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Modify Account Group in Marg Software.
