In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Payment through Online Banking an alert displays "You Are Not Authorised to use this Option", then user can easily resolve this issue.

In order to resolve the error of "You Are Not Authorised to use this Option", the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ button.

• The user will search 'Online Banking' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Online Banking P-Maker (Payment) C-Checker B-Both' option, the user will select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user will be able to make Payment through Online Banking in Marg ERP Software.
