In Marg ERP Software, the user can resolve the issue if You Are not Authorized to use this Option alert appears while opening any option of banking statement.

• Suppose go to Digital > Online Bank Statement.

• Now the user can view ' You Are Not Authorised to use this option ' is showing.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below process:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ button.

• The user will search 'History' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Online Banking History & Statement' option, the user will select ‘Y’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.
