• Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

• A Password & Authority window will appear.

• Select the user to make changes. PressEnter.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will search "Inventory”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An Inventory window will appear.

• In ‘Allow Inventory/Accounts/Both’ option, the user will select ‘A’

• The user will now press Esc key.

• Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A Pop-Up will appear “Powers Change” and then the user will press ESC key.

• Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

•  Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen.         

A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter theUser ID and Password. 

A Change User window will appear in which the user will pressESC Key.

After following the above steps, the Inventory menu will be disabled for the user.
