A Depreciation is a type of expense that is used to reduce the carrying value of an asset. Depreciation is found on the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. It can be somewhat arbitrary which causes the value of assets to be based on the best estimate in most cases

In order to view the depreciation statement, the user will follow the below steps:-

• Go to Reports > Accounts Reports > Depreciation Statement.                        

• A Depreciation chart window will appear. Press 'Alt+P' on it.

• Then click on 'View/Excel/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.
  

After following the above steps, the user can view the depreciation statement in Marg software.
