Process to Disable Change Rate by Pressing F6 Key for Selected User

 Overview: In Marg software there is an option available to change rate of items load in particular bill. By pressingF6on bill user can increase or decrease the rate of items loaded in the particular bill. 

 To disable this option for particular user follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters >> Password & Powers >> Operator's. Press Enter.

• A Password & Authority window will appear. 

• Select the user in which changes need to be done. Then press Enter key.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A Powers window will appear.

• The user will Search “Increase” and then click on ‘Accept’.

• An Increase window will appear.

• In “F6 Rate Increase/Decreased allowed” set  “N” 

• After making changes in Operator Powers, press Esc key to exit.

• Now, the user will click on “Yes” to save the changes after pressing the "ESC" key.

• A POP-UP window will appear “Powers Change”. Press  ESC key.

• An Exit window will appear. Click on “Yes” to exit. 

• Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen.        

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

By following the above steps the user can disable the power of Change Rate by Pressing F6 Key for Selected User.
