In Marg Software, there is an option available to change the rate of items loaded in a particular bill. By pressing 'F6' key on the bill, the user can increase or decrease the rate of items loaded in the particular bill. 

In order to Ban Change Rate by pressing 'F6', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear. 

• Select the user in which changes need to be made. Then press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Increase' and then click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'F6 Rate Increase/Decreased allowed', the user will select 'N'. 

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user will get ban to Change Rate by pressing 'F6' key in Marg Software.
