In Marg Software, if the user needs to delete User wise My Menu, then it can be resolved easily.

Suppose the user needs to delete 'Profit & Loss' option for 'User 01'.

In order to Delete User wise My Menu option, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Exit > Exit.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Press 'Ctrl+U' key.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'PageDown' key.

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
• Select the user to make the desired changes. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'My Menu'.
• Click on 'Accept'.

• In 'Marg Menu M-All  F-My Own Menu  H-Hot Keys  B-My Menu & Hot Keys' option, the user will select 'M'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

•  The user will again select ‘Search in All’.

• Search 'My Menu' and click on 'Accept'.

• Now in 'Marg Menu M-All  F-My Own Menu  H-Hot Keys  B-My Menu & Hot Keys' option, the user will select 'F'.
• Press 'ESC' key.

• A Marg erp alert of 'Want to change My Menu' will appear click on 'Yes'.

• Now the user will select the option and press 'Ctrl+T' key that needs to be deleted.

• The user can view the black mark will be displayed, now press 'Delete' key.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Close' tab.

• The user will again open the software and log in with the User ID.

After following the above steps, the user can view User wise My Menu option will get Deleted in Marg Software.
