• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Shortage' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Shortage/Order on * key allowed' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that while entering the shortage of an item, the software will show an alert 'You are not authorized' in Marg ERP Software.
