•  Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Sale Return' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Sales Return' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Sale Return entry will get banned for a particular User in Marg ERP Software.
