In Marg ERP Software, the user can feed the current stock by pressing 'Insert' key on the item list. But if the user doesn't need to allow their operators then this can be done easily:

In order to Ban user for Adding Stock by 'Insert' key, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Negative' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Stock Negative allowed Yes/No/Store/Item wise-I/i' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

• Now, go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Negative' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Edit Batch Closing Stock on Insert key' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the particular user will not be allowed to Add Current Stock of Items by pressing 'Insert' key in Marg ERP Software.
