Process To Set The User Only View The Ledger Transaction of All Debtors.

In order to set the user only view the ledger transactions of all debtors the user has to follow the certain steps:-

Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator’s.

• A Password & Authority window will appear.
• Select the user to make changes. Then Press Enter.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will search "Cash".

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Cash window will appear.
• In ‘Diplay Balance of All/Debtors/Creditors/cash & Banks/W/o Cash & Bank’ the user will set ‘D’.

• The user will now press Esc key.
• Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A Pop-Up will appear “Powers Change” and then the user will press ESC key.

• Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen.

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

By following the above steps the user can set the user only view the Ledger transaction of all debtors.
