Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Update Operator Power > Select User > Search in All > Search---"LOSS" > Here is one option show "Billing not Allowed on N-Loss A-Ask M-Margin & Loss H-Ask Y-Allow" > Change that option with "Y" > Press Esc Key from keyboard > Save changes--"YES" > Sure to Quit > Yes.

NOTE:-Relogin must after make changes.
