Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Update Operator Power > Select User > Search in All > Search---"My Menu" > Then click on Accept > Here is one option show "Allowed All Work in HotKeys/My Menu" > Change that option with "Y" > Press Esc Key from keyboard > Save changes--"YES" > Sure to Quit > Yes.
NOTE:-Relogin must after make changes.
Alternative Solution:-
Go to Help > Click on Exit > Company list window will be appear > Press Ctrl+U for change user > Change user window will be appear > Feed user id & password & press enter > Then press Tab key & enter key for login.
