In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily delete the transaction of the ledger on temporary basis as per the requirement.

In order to edit ledger on temporary basis, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All ledgers.

• A Ledger accounts window will appear. Select ledger then press Enter on it.

• Suppose, Select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• Then Enter date the range and click on 'Ledger' tab.

• All the ledger transactions will appear. Press 'F7' function key on it.

• Now select 'Temporary Ledger Edit' option.

• Again enter date range as per the requirement.

• Now, the user will select entry in order to delete then press 'Delete' key on it.

After following the above steps, the selected entry will get deleted on temporary basis.

Note: When the user will press Escape key from this window the all the deleted entry will get display.
