After saving bill, software converts cash ledger transaction into general ledger while selecting mode of payment as card ?

Cause

This issue appears due to wrong Group selected in Card ledger.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue user needs to change the Group of card ledger with Bank Accounts by following the above steps:-

1. Go to Books > All ledgers(Alt+L).

2. A Ledger accounts window will appear in which user will select the Card ledger.

3. Press F3 function key on selected ledger.

4. Select Ledger details.

5. Click on Modify button.

6. Now, select "No" from the drop down in Account group field, then a group selection window will appear in which the user will press Backspace key and select the Bank Account group.

7. Press Enter key.

8. Then press Ctrl+W to save changes.
