In Marg ERP Software, the user can view the ledger report with many filters as per the requirement i.e. Route, Area,Group,Mobile number etc.

In order to view party list with group and balance, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A Ledger accounts window will appear.

• Click on Excel icon which shows bottom of the window.

• An export to excel window will appear with some options:

1. File Name : In this option you can view the path of the report ( it can be editable).  

 2. Formatted: Select 'Yes', if you want to report in the selected format.

 3. Balance only: Select 'Yes', if the report needs to be with party balance.

• Then select report format as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'Format-2'.

After following the above steps, the party report will get generated with the group and balance.
