With the help of Marg Software the user can view the ledger transaction of the selected party along with the challans which have not been converted into the sale bill yet.

In order to view the same, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. Press Enter.

•  A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear in which the user will press 'Enter' on selected ledger.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appears in which user will entered date range and then click on 'Ledger' button.

• The user can view all the transactions of the selected date range.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Controls' window will appear.

• In 'Print Pending challans', the user will select 'Y'.

• Then click on View/Print/Excel according to the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the user can view all the transaction of the selected party and to view the pending challan details the user needs to press 'End' on this window

Now the user can even view the pending challan details of the selected party.
