• Go to Books > All Ledgers. 

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear on which press 'Enter' key on a Particular Ledger.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• The user will feed date range then click on 'Ledger' tab.

• Now selected date all transaction will display.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Control' window will appear.

• In 'Selected Type' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Selection' window will appear in which user will select 'Sale' and then press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Then click on 'View/Print/Excel' according to the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view only Sale Transaction of particular ledger in Marg Software.

1. Go to Books > All Ledgers. 

2. A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear on which press 'Enter' key on a Particular Ledger.

3. A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

4. The user will feed date range then click on 'Ledger' tab.

5. Now selected date Transactions will get display.

6. The user will press 'Ctrl+F1' key.

7. A 'Type' window will appear. The user will select 'Horizontal'.

8. A 'Ledger Details' window will appear where the user will select option as per the requirement.

9. Now click on 'Okay'.

10. A 'Selection' window will appear. The user will place check Mark on 'Sale'.

11. Now, the user will click on 'Accept'.
