Process to Merge Last Deal of the Two Ledgers in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO MERGE LAST DEAL OF THE TWO LEDGERS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Marg ERP has just developed the feature of 'Join For last deal' which facilitates the user to merge the last deal of two parties.

Also, this option is used to view the last deal of both the parties i.e. which are being merged, at the time of billing.

PROCESS TO MERGE LAST DEAL OF THE TWO LEDGERS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. 

• A Ledger accounts window will appear. Select party as per the requirement then press 'F3' on it.

• Suppose, Select ' Aakash'.

• Select 'Join for Last Deals'.

• Then the user will press Enter to select second party.

• Thereafter, the ledgers window will appear where the user will select that party whose last deal needs to be merged with the selected party.

• Suppose, Select 'Anmol'.

• Then press Esc key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the last deal of both the parties will get displayed while billing.
