In Marg ERP Software, the user can view the Party wise Accounts Confirmation statement and send it to party as well. The user can also modified the confirmation letter as per the requirement.

In order to view Accounts Confirmation letter of a party, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledger.

• A Ledger accounts window will appear. Select party then press Enter on it.

• Suppose, select 'Ahuja medicine Centre'.

• A Ledger display window will appear. Enter date range.

• Then click on 'Ledger' button.

• Select party transactions window will display. Press Alt+P.

• Then a Controls window will appear. Select 'Detailed Statement' option from the drop down.

• Then click on View/Print/Excel/PDF as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select "View".

• Thereafter a Letter format window will appear in which the user can also modify the letter format as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the Accounts confirmation statement will get displayed of the selected party.
