If 'Update Account' option does not display on the commission window while modifying Salesman ledger in Marg Software

If 'Update Account' option does not display on the commission window while modifying Salesman ledger then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “MR Outstanding”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'MR Outstanding' window will appear.
  • In 'Salesman wise Ledger & Outstanding. Type #7%' option, the user will type '#7%'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, an 'Update Account' option will get enabled on the commission window.
