In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of selecting Bank Ledger an error displays " You are not authorized to use this option " then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve 'You are not authorized to use this option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ button.

• The user will search 'Cash Bank' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Diplay Balance of All/Debtors/Creditors/cash & Banks/W/o Cash & Bank' option, the user will select 'A'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view ' You Are Not Authoirsed to use this Option ' alert will get resolved while selecting Bank Ledger in Marg ERP Software.
