How to view only Purchase and Payment transactions of Particular Ledger in Marg Software?

In order to view only Purchase and Payment transactions of Particular Ledger in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers. 

• The 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear on which press 'Enter' on a select a Particular Ledger.

• Suppose, select 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.'.

 

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• Feed date range then Click on 'Ledger' tab.

 

• Now, Selected date all transaction will display.

• Then the user will Press 'Alt+P'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear.

• In 'Selected Type' option, the user will select 'Y'.

 

• Thereafter, a 'Selection' window will appear in which user will check on  'Purchase' and 'Payment' then press 'Ctrl+W'.

 

• Then click on View/Print/Excel according to the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'View'.
