• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Tab' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.

• In 'M.R.' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select M.R.' window will appear.

• The user will press '+' key to select the area and press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Anant'.

• Now the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• A Selected M.R. party list will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print List' window will appear.

• In 'Outstanding Detail', the user will select 'Yes'.

• The user will select 'View/Print/Excel/Word/PDF' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view M.R. (Salesman) wise Outstanding on Ledger window will get generate in Marg Software.
