If Brk / Exp Issue or Receive Entry does not display in Ledger Transaction then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user has selected 'Save in Other/Personal (No A/C Post)' while saving Brk / Exp Issue / Receiev entry.

Suppose Brk/Exp Issue entry not showing in Ledger Transaction.

Solution:

The user needs to resave entry as 'Save in Bill/CR/DR Note'.

In order to Resave entry as 'Save in Bill/CR Note', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Issue > Modify Issue

  • ‘Modify’ window will appear.
  • The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

  • A 'Brk/Exp Return As On' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Enter' key on selected entry which is not showing in ledger transaction.

  • A 'Brk/Exp Return Alteration' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Modify'.

  • The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key at the end of the items.

  • 'Save In' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Save in Bill/CR/DR Note'.

  • The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key then click on 'Save Bill' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Brk/Exp Issue/Receive Entry will get displayed in Ledger Transaction in Marg Software.
