If at the time of printing ledger transaction, the bills of zero value doesn't get print then this issue can easily be resolved:

• Suppose the bill no. 'A000023' of Ahuja Medicine Centre is of zero Outstanding value (received cash).

• But at the time of print its transaction it is not getting printed (as shown below).

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• At the time of viewing ledger transaction, the user needs to press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Controls' window will appear.

• In 'Print Zero Value', the user needs to select 'Y'.

• Now click on 'View' 

After following the above steps the user can view that the bills of zero value will also get print in the report.
