In order to search Ledgers on the bases of different Fields Area/Route/M.R/Phone No. in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear .

• Press 'Tab' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.

• The user can select here the field Area/Route/M.R/Phone No./Station/Group as per requirement.

• Suppose search on the bases of 'M.R'.

• In 'M.R.' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select M.R.' window will appear.

• The user will select M.R as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular M.R. 

• Suppose select 'Anant'.

• Then press 'PageDown' key on this window.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear with selected M.R. wise Ledger list.

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print List' window will appear.

• The user will select filter options as per the requirement.

• Now, Click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the selected M.R Wise Ledger list in Marg Software.
