Process To Uncheck The Ledger Transaction In Marg Software

PROCESS TO CHECK THE LEDGER TRANSACTION IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledgers Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger whose transaction needs to be checked and Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• The user will Feed date range as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Ledger'.

• Now the user can view all the transactions of the selected ledger.

• Then the user will select that entry which needs to be checked press 'Spacebar' key on it.

• Suppose select 'T000003' and press 'Space Bar' key on it.

Note: If At the time of pressing 'Space Bar' key software shows alert ‘You are not authorized to use this option'. So user will click on given link https://bit.ly/2RQUJfh.

• Now the user can view that checked transaction will be highlighted in the 'Violet' color.

PROCESS TO UNCHECK THE LEDGER TRANSACTION IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledgers Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger whose transaction needs to be Uncheck and Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• The user will Feed date range as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Ledger'.

• Now the user can view all the transactions of the selected ledger.

• Then the user will select the entry which needs to be Uncheck and press 'Spacebar' key on it.

• Suppose select 'ABTA000030' and press 'Space Bar' key on it.

• An alert of 'Want to Uncheck!' will appear.

• Click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the bill will be displayed in default color.
