In Marg Software, the user can easily view the Last Year Transactions of particular company in Current Financial Year .

In order to view Last Year Transaction of a Party in Current Financial Year, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to  Books > All Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will select the party as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear.

• In which the user will mention from which date to till which date transaction needs to be view.

• Click on 'Ledger'.

• Then press 'Alt+F1' key on that window.

• A 'Select' window will appear.

• In 'Last Year' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then, press 'Enter' key.

• Again, mention from which date to till which date the last Year Transactions needs to be view. 

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Last Tear Transactions of a Particular Party will get displayed in Marg Software.
