Yes you can edit our reports for change alignment and Fonts for these follow the below steps :

For eg. we take report of All Ledgers

Go to Books > All Ledgers > press ALT+P > then print list window is appear > click on View > Click on 3 icon on bottom side > then delimiter line/header window is appear > press  4 time Enter > Marg Cursor to Report window is appear > click on Report > OK> Define Report Name as per your requirement > define Heading which you want to print > click on save > then select the report from report Name drop down box > Click on Modify > Click on Column Name drop down box >  Select Particular > Change Font Name and Font alignment as your requirement  >Save > you can preview this report in excel ,pdf by click on Excel Preview or PDF icon 

Note : same process you can follow in all reports
