• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A Ledgers Account window will appear.

• Now the user will press the 'TAB' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.

• In 'Area', the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select Area' window will appear.

• The user will select area by pressing space bar or (+) plus key on it.

• Now press 'Page down' key for the further process.

After following the above those steps user can view the area wise ledger with balance.

In order to view area wise party ledger report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

1. Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill. 

2. Feed Date and press 'Enter'.

3. A 'Ledgers' window will appear with party name press 'Tab' key.

4. In 'Area' option select 'yes'.

5. Select particular area by plus '+' key . Press 'Enter'.

6. Now selected area parties will show. Press 'Alt+P'

7. Select 'Report' option as per requirement 

8. Click on View/Print/Excel as per user requirement.
