• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

• A ‘Ledger Alteration’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the particular ledger for which the user needs to set Credit Limit.

• Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• The user will select 'Other Detail'.

• An ‘Other detail’ window will appear.

• In 'Credit Limit' on the bases of Amount /Rs. /Bills /Days' option, the user will mention the Amount/No. of Bills/Days as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention Amount ‘10000’.

• Now the user will press ‘Ctrl+W’ key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the software will give an alert if the Party’s bills created after the Credit Limit Crossed.
