In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from ledger transaction window to create contra entry. The user can easily create the Contra Entry at the time of viewing Ledger Transaction.

In order to create Contra Entry on Ledger Transaction, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• The user will press 'Alt+V' key.

• A 'Type' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Contra'.

• Thereafter, the user will switch over to the Contra Voucher window.

After following the above steps the user can easily create the Contra Entry on Ledger Transaction window.

1. Firstly, press 'Ctrl+J' key on ledger transaction window.

2. A 'Switch Over' window will appear. Select 'Data Entry'.

3. Now, select 'Double Entry System'.

4. Then click on 'Contra' to create contra voucher entry.
