• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear .

• The user will press 'Tab' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.

•  In 'M.R.', the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select M.R.' window will appear.

• The user will select M.R. whose ledger needs to be view.

• Suppose select 'Anant'.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular M.R. or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All M.R. 

• Again search window will appear, press 'Page Down' key.

• A 'Ledgers Account' window will appear with selected m.r. wise ledger list.

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print List' window will appear where user can set filter options as per the requirement.

• Now, click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Selected M.R. wise Ledger list will get display in Marg Software.
