With the help of Marg Software the user can easily mention the those details of the customers in their ledgers which is by default not available in the software. So Marg Software has an 'Extra Field' in the party's ledger so that the user can mention the details as per the requirement. 

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on selected party.

• Suppose select 'Anant'.

• In next window will appear click on 'Ledger Detail'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Modify'.

• In 'Extra Heading' user will mention the required heading as per the requirement.

• Suppose we needs to mention VAT no. of the party so we can mention it in 'Extra Heading' field.

• Then the user  can easily mention the VAT No. of the selected party as per the requirement.

• Now the user will press 'CTRL+W' to save details.
