• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Tab' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.

• In 'Station' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select Station' window will appear.

• The user will press plus '+' key to select the station.

• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Group' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear.

• The user will select Sundry creditor Account Groups as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Sundry Creditors (Suppliers).

• Again 'Search' window will appear.

• Press 'PageDown' key.

• All creditors list will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print List' window will appear.

• In 'Outstanding Details', the user will select 'Yes'.

• The user will select other options as per the requirement.

•  Click on View/Excel/Print etc as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Station wise Creditor Outstanding report.
