• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A ' Ledger Accounts' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on the particular Ledger whose transaction needs to be E-Mail.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear. Feed date range.

• Then click on 'Ledger' tab.

• A Selected Party Transaction window will appear.
• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Controls' window will appear where the user will filter option as per the requirement.

• Now the user will click on 'View'.

• Now the ledger transaction report will generate.

• The user will click on 'Email' icon at the bottom (as shown in below image).

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.

• The user will select 'A/C' Ledgers'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger to whom E-Mail needs to be send.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The Software will auto pick the E-Mail ID from ledger.

• Click on 'E-mail.'

After following the above steps, the user can E-Mail Ledger Transaction Report to Party in Marg Software.

1. Go to Books > All Ledgers.

2. A ' Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

3. The user will press 'Enter' key on the particular Ledger whose transaction needs to be E-Mail.

4. A 'Ledger Display' window will appear. Feed date range.

5. Then click on 'Ledger' tab.

6. Now the user will click on 'E-Mail Box' Icon (as shown in below image).

After following the above steps, the user can E-Mail Ledger Transaction Report to Party in Marg Software.
