How to Ban sale of near expiry items for a particular party in Marg Software?

In order to ban sale of near expiry items for a particular party, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will be appear.

• The user will press 'F3' on that party for which the near expiry item sale needs to be banned.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Click on 'Other Detail'.

• Now in 'Near Expiry in Bill' option, the user will select 'Not Allowed.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the sale of near expiry items will get banned.
