How We Can Remove Ref. No. From The Ledger Transaction Window in Marg ERP Software

Overview: In Marg ERP Software, if the Ref. No heading showing with the bill number on ledger transaction window then the user can resolve the issue by enabling this option from the setup.

In order to Remove Ref. No. details from the ledger transaction window, the user needs to perform below mentioned steps:

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear in which the user will search “Ask Party No”.

The user will now click on ‘Accept’.

A Ask Party No window will appear.

In ‘Party Bill No. Ask/Y - ask/y (Dont save in A/c)’ the user will set “N”.

The user will press Escape key twice.

Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’

After these settings, the user will Re-Save the old bills to remove Ref. No from the old bills.

After following the above steps, the Ref.No will get removed from the ledger transaction window.
