• Go to Books > All ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will be appear.

• The user will press 'F3' on the ledger whose volume discount needs to be mentioned.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• The user will click on 'Special Rates'.

• A 'Rates For' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'All' .

• A 'Special Rate For Party' window will appear with Item list.

• The user will press 'Enter' on selected item.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• When user cursor wait on 'V.Dis', the user will feed volume discount which is showing bottom of the window.

• Suppose mention 10%.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes. 

After following the above steps, the Volume discount will be applicable for the selected party in Marg Software.
