How to set Software will allow to create Duplicate Ledger in Marg Software?
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Duplicate'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A 'Duplicate' window will appear.
- In ‘Party Name Duplicate Allowed’, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps, the software will show indication 'Already Exist' at the time of creating new ledger with same name but allow user to create duplicate ledger.
