How to See Sale & Purchase Wise Summary with All Ledger

In order to view sale and purchase wise summary with all ledgers the user needs to follow the certain steps:-

Go to Books >> Analytical Summaries >> Sale & Purchase Summary. (as shown below)

After clicking on the SALE & PURCHASE SUMMARY option, the ANALYTICAL SUMMARY window will appear in which the user will enter the DATE RANGE.

After entering the DATE RANGE the user has to click on the SUMMARY option.

After clicking on the SUMMARY option, the TYPE SELECTION window will appear in which the user will click on the ACCEPT button

After clicking on the ACCEPT button then a window will appear in which the user needs to press F2 function key from the keyboard.

After pressing F2 function key from the keyboard then the user will press the ALT+P from the keyboard.

After pressing the ALT+P from the keyboard then a window will appear in which the user will click on the VIEW button.

After clicking on the VIEW button then report will appear as shown below.

By following the above steps the users can view the sale & purchase wise summary with all ledgers.
