• Go to Books > Analytical Summaries > Sales & Purchase Summary.

• An 'Analytical Summary' window will appear.

• The user will enter date range and click on 'Summary' button.

• A 'Group On' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'State'.

• A 'Select type' window will appear.

• The user will select the transaction type for which the report needs to be view.

• Suppose select 'Sale & Purchase' and click on 'Accept'.

• A 'State wise Sale and Purchase Summary will get displayed.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'View/Print/Excel' option as per the requirement.
  
• Suppose click on 'View' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view State wise Sale and Purchase Summary will get generated in Marg Software.
