Overview of Axis Bank Integration with Marg ERP Software

• Marg ERP; a leading software application provider in GST has introduced a faster and easier Payment Reconciliation in order to help simplify and ease the banking transactions.
• A seamless integration of Marg ERP & AXIS Bank will help to easily manage the bank transactions i.e. IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Same Bank Transfer.

Process to Integrate Axis Bank with Marg ERP Software

• Go to Digital > Registration > Connected Banking.

• The user will select 'Axis Bank' from the dropdown.

• The user will click on 'Go Button'.

The user will enter details as follows:

a. Contact Person: The user will enter contact person name.

b. Regd E-mail: The user will enter the registered email.

c. Regd Mobile: The user will enter the registered mobile number.

• The user will click on 'Authenticate' button.

• In 'Send OTP to' option, The user will select the mode on which otp needs to be send.
• Suppose select 'Both'.

• The user will click on 'Send' button.

• An 'OTP has been sent' notification will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.

• The user will enter the OTP which is received on registered email or mobile number.
• Click on 'Verify'.

• The user will click on 'Save & Register' button.

• An 'Information updated successfully. Admin details on server.' notification will appear.
• Click on 'Ok' button.

• Now, AXIS Registration window will get displayed. As the user is registering for the first time; click on 'Add'.
• Select 'AXIS Bank': All the Bank accounts which exists in the organization will get displayed. Select the bank account which needs to be registered > Click on 'OK'.
• AXIS Bank A/c No.: Enter the Account No. If it exists in the ledger then it will be picked by Marg Software automatically. The user can click 'Show Values' in order to view the values.
• If the user has a corporate ID, they will enter it.
  Enter the user ID and click 'Save' button.

• The user will click on 'Axis Portal' button.

• After clicking on the Axis Portal link, the user will be redirected to the authorized permission page.
• If the user is corporate, select the Corporate Login tab; otherwise, click on the Retail tab.
• Now, enter valid credentials and click on the Proceed button.

• After clicking the Proceed button, the OTP window will appear.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP in the OTP field. After entering the OTP, the Submit button will be enabled.

• A 'Terms & Conditions' window will appear.

• Now, select the checkbox for 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions'.
• After selecting the checkbox, the Proceed button will be enabled.

• The user will be redirected to the 'Congratulations Screen'.

• Click on 'Save & Register' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Axis Bank will be Integrated with Marg ERP Software.
