In Marg ERP Software, the online storage feature is very helpful in critical situations such as system damage or hard disk crashes. By using online storage, important files and backups remain safe on the internet, and users can easily download and restore all their backups after setting up a new system.
For this

Download dropbox application (you can use any other application )
From the net (search in Google, FileHippo, and search Dropbox in the search section)
Then click on Download the latest version

After downloading, complete install this application
If you have Dropbox account, please log in, and if you don't please create an account via click on sign up
After signing in, go to Dropbox settings preferences
In Dropbox preferences, the Go account tab and set your default backup folder.
Now, place all financial backup or imp backup in this folder, and the system takes auto backup from this folder to the net.
Your data is safe on the  net, and you can easily download these files from any system
