How We Can Create Bank Letter Format

In order, to create bank letter format the users have to follow the certain steps:-

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. (As Shown below).

After click on SELF FORMAT option then the password window will appear in which you have to feed the password and the default password is the REVERSE DATE of the Current Day for example: - if current date is 14/11/2017 then the password is 20171114. In below window (As given in below image).

After feeding the password FORMATS window will appear in which users have to select the BANK LETTER option as shown below.

After click on the BANK LETTER option a bank letter window will appear in which users have to set the default format option to NO as shown below

After setting the DEFAULT FORMAT option the users have to set the second option to GUI- POTRAIT as shown below.

After following the above steps the users have to click on the Format option
