• Go to Accounts > Single Party Cheques.

A 'Select' window will appear.

a. Series: The user will mention series whose report needs to be view.

b. From Date: The user will mention the date from which date report needs to be view.

c. To Date: The user will mention till which date the report needs to be view.

d. Selected Station: The user can set 'Y' to view report with selected stations.

e. Selected M.R: The user can set 'Y' to view report with selected M.R.

f. Selected Route: The user can set 'Y' to view report with selected Route.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Ledger' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party wise Cheque Report in Marg Software.
