Process of Batch Stock in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW OF BATCH STOCK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

In various business like Pharma and FMCG etc., the batches are defined on their product labels. These batch numbers are very useful for the identification of the products.

In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily view the stock report on the basis of the batch and identify the products.

PROCESS OF BATCH STOCK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

• Firstly, Go to Stock >> Batch Stock. Press Enter.

• A Select Store window will appear.

• The user will press space bar to select the stores.

• Suppose, to select whole store press space bar on ‘Whole’. Then press Enter.

NOTE:  The Select Store window will only appear if the user has maintained Stores in the software.

• A Batch Stock window will appear.

• In ‘Stock as On’, the user will enter the date until when to view the batch stock report. Suppose, enter “07-01-19”. Press Enter.

• Now in ‘Selected company’ the user will choose whether to evaluate the stock company wise or not as ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ respectively.

• Suppose, the user selects ‘Yes’.

• Now if selected ‘Yes’, a Select Company window will appear.

• To select company, press space bar.

• Then press Escape key.

• Next, in ‘Stock Status’, the user will select whether to value all the stock or just the available stock.

• Suppose, the user wants to value ‘Available’ stock then select ‘Available’.

• The ‘Selected Salt’ field is applicable for the users dealing in medicines and drugs.

• If selected ‘Yes’, a Salt window will appear. To select a salt, press space bar.

• Now, suppose the user does not want report salt wise, then select ‘No’.

• Now in ‘More Options’ if the user selects ‘yes’ then a More Options for Batch Stock window will appear. The user can enter the details as per the requirement.

• Suppose, the user does not want to enable ‘More Options’ then select ‘No’.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• The user can now view that a Whole Store: Closing Stock window is displayed and the stock report can be viewed.

1. Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

2. A Filtered stock window will appear. In ‘Stock as On’, the user will enter the date until when to view the batch stock report.

3. Select 'Report batch wise', set "Yes".

4. Then click on Accept to view report.
