Process to view Batch Stock Report in Marg ERP Software
- Go to Stock > Batch Stock.
- The user will select the store as per the requirements.
- Suppose select 'Whole' and press 'Enter' key.
- In 'Selected Company' option, the user will select the company to view the company wise batch stock report.
- Suppose select 'Yes'.
- Now, the user will select the company as per the requirement.
- Suppose select 'All' and press 'Enter key.
Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Companies.
- In 'Stock as on' option, the user enters the date up to which they want to view the batch wise stock report.
- Suppose enter '31-03-2025'.
- In 'Stock Status' option, the user selects whether to view all stock or only the available stock.
- Suppose select 'Available'.
- In 'Selected Salt' option, the user will select whether to view all salts or only the selected salt’s stock report.
- Suppose select 'No'.
- In 'More Options' field, the user will select 'Yes' to apply multiple filters; otherwise, keep it 'No'.
- Suppose select 'No'.
- Click on 'Accept' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view Batch wise stock report in Marg ERP Software.
Ans.2
1. Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.
2. In 'Stock as on' option, the user enters the date up to which they want to view the batch wise stock report.
3. In 'Report batch wise' option, the user will select 'Yes'.
4. Click on 'Accept' button.
