With the help of ‘Batch Updation’ option of Marg ERP software facilitates you to set off your current stock of the different batches of the particular item.
Suppose, Item A has two batches i.e. ‘123’ & ‘1234’ and having the current stock of +10 and -5 respectively and need to keep only that batch which contain more stock and set off the negative stock from it then in this case ‘ batch Updation’ option will help you .
Also, there is additional option available in the software to reverse the effect of ‘batch Updation’ (If required).
In order to know the process, follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Batch Updation > Delete Batch Updation .

• A Delete batch updation window will appear with some options:

1. Entry from & To: Enter the date range from which date to which date the batch updation needs to be deleted. 

2. Type < DELETE>: Type DELETE in order to delete all the batch updation.

After following the above steps, the all items batch updations will get deleted.
